Trips to warm places A blazing sun for a time on the skin can cause us serious burns and allergies.

It is vital to maintain a healthy skin, making clever use of the Sun, enjoying the less damaging hours, and avoiding their exposure in the most intense hours, i.e. from 11: 00 to 14: 00 hours.

Half an hour before exposure to the Sun, must apply us a protective lotion right, repeat the operation every two hours and always after wet us.
